Bio

For almost my whole life i worked in salons as a hair stylist. After doing it all, from owning a salon, working in NYC, to working on many photo shoots, traveling as a hair nurse…. I choose to live here in Portland because i can spend 98% of my time making very unique art wigs that sell all around the world: paintings, dolls, puppets that are life sized & used for performance art, marionettes, clothes, and sculptures.

Not really into working 40+ hrs a week fixing peoples hair when i can stay home and create most of everything that is in my head. I guess my scissors are being put to use in a different way, they now cut fabric for hours. SNIP SNIP. My hair career has turned to becoming a seamstress….along with wig maker.

I have been published in Bust Magazine, Gothic Beauty, and Voltaire’s Oh My Goth Book… Besides visual art i am also in a circus- Societas Insomnia, dj as DJ Big Top, and play loads of music in theatrical bands. My main music project is Power Circus. You can find recordings i have played in on White Rose, Nihilist Records, & Beta-lactam Ring Records.

As for my art, i have been exhibiting for the past 15 years in NYC & Brooklyn, Providence RI, NC, Seattle, Canada, and Portland Oregon. Right now you can currently buy my creations on my website, on eBay, and on Etsy.
