These playful short sexy bloomers are perfect for a hot day underneath your cute dresses/skirts or worn alone!

If you are a performer, they look great and are comfortable on stage as well!

I made these bloomers with both a serger & a regular sewing machine, for extra strength. Elastic waist band. Two different prints of Cotton fabrics used to make the patchwork and pin stripped print on the ruffle.

Totally adorable on, and not to mention comfortable!!!

Hand wash & Air dry for a longer life.

MEASUREMENTS:

Waist: 26-36″
Hips: up to 40″
Inseam (to bottom of ruffle): 7″
Around bottom of Ruffle: 24″
