This dress is totally adorable on not to mention perfect for those hot days or on stage, especially with a cute pair of bloomers or ruffled panties underneath it!
It is made out of a vintage slip, silky fabric, and tool.
This style was made to flare out when you spin around and look like you have a bustle/tutu underneath. The edges of the fabric are also left with no hem for an aged in look.
Measurements:
Under bust: 34-38 ?
Length: about 27″ (from top of shoulder & the straps are adjustable)
Waist: 32″
Hips: the dress flares out, so no real hip size
