The dress slips over your head, it is a stretch lycra fabric just like the bloomers & belt/headpiece.
Patchwork with sparkles, great lace ruffle along with a second layer of loose hem ruffle for that worn in look i love, fun stitching, the butt of the panties/bloomers has ruffle on them, and the belt or headpiece however you feel like wearing it, has heart beads in candy colors that reads slut. (very punk, heehee)the belt also is like my other bels in my shop, they have cute flowers for added bling over the patchwork.
The front is also shorter than the back.
