Hot weather is here and these bloomers are perfect for underneath your cute dresses/skirts or worn alone!

Made with both a serger & a regular sewing machine, for extra strength. Elastic waist band. Cotton fabric used for both the bloomers and handmade ruffle/lace at the bottom which is a loose hem for a raw/warn in look. On the back butt area is a vinyl transfer (silk screen quality-will last for years!)

Hand wash & Air dry for a longer life.

Hips: up to 42″
Inseam (to bottom of ruffle): 9″
