This dress is totally adorable on not to mention perfect for those hot days or on stage, especially with a cute pair of bloomers or ruffled panties underneath it!
It is made out of a vintage slip & other silky/slip fabric. Loads of fun random size layers to give fullness to the bottom of the dress, when you spin it will also flare out at the bottom!
The edges of the fabric are left with no hem for an aged in look.
Measurements:
Bust: large
Length at longest point: about 37″ (from top of shoulder & the straps are adjustable)
Waist: up to 35″
Hips: the dress flares out, so no real hip size
