Purple Stripe Bloomers

I made these bloomers with both a serger & a regular sewing machine, for extra strength. Elastic waist band. Cotton fabric used for both the bloomers and handmade ruffle/lace at the bottom. Ribbon bows.
MEASUREMENTS:

Waist: 34-36″
Hips: up to 40″
Inseam (to bottom of ruffle): 9″
Around bottom of Ruffle: 17″
