These ones are shear black with white dots and white lace.
I made these with both a serger & a regular sewing machine, for extra strength for this sheer fabric along with Red, Black, and white stitching to keep them fun! Elastic waist band, black.

MEASUREMENTS:

Waist: 32-38″
Hips: up to 43″
Inseam (to bottom of ruffle): 7″
Around bottom of Ruffle: 18″
